Iron Helix Peptide Company is committed to delivering the highest quality research peptides. Orders submitted before noon Eastern Time will be shipped the same day. Orders that have been processed cannot be changed or canceled.

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout to ensure accuracy. Iron Helix Peptide Company is not responsible for delivery issues including incorrect or incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, carrier delays (including inclement weather), lost or stolen items.

In the event that an item is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipper directly to attempt to recover the item. If after investigation the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipping error or loss, Iron Helix Peptide Company can reship your package 7 business days after the original scheduled delivery date.

Returns & Refunds:

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee on all unopened and unused products that are in their original condition. Opened and/or damaged products are not eligible for refund.

Return Shipping:

The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns must use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return. Returns will be made following receipt of the unopened and unused product received in its original condition.

Refund Processing:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned product in it’s original, unopened and unused condition. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
